  1. This was the greatest Chinese restaurant to which I'd ever been and is my favorite restaurant overall. It had extremely high quality and healthy ingredients that somehow were the tastiest available. Their Sweet and Sour Chicken, for example, was all white meat and deliciously crispy; most sweet and sour chicken dishes are dark meat and leave a lot of space between the meat and the deep fried breading. Moreover, the vegetables and cashews were wonderfully crunchy. Very reasonably priced, too. This is beyond a tragedy.
