15 things to do in Toronto this week

Events in Toronto this week are ready for a star-studded affair as TIFF kicks off with A-list appearances and must-see films. Elsewhere, it's best to come hungry for Veg Food Fest and MATTYFEST, while concerts, an 80s car show, big sale on Herschel and free stuff are all on, too.
