Things to do in Toronto this week are all coming back to me now as Celine Dion takes the stage for two nights of high-power hits. The Zoo is the place to be with its new magical light show and there's a beer and Mac 'n' cheese festival. Free stuff, comedy, ballet and more are on, too.
