This cute new ramen shop in Baldwin Village is sure to give its competitors a fierce battle. Featuring what must be one of the best broths in Toronto, it's easy to tell that Chef Ryuchiro "Roy" Takahashi is a ramen addict, a fact that shines through in just about every dish on the menu.
