When Crema co-owners Geoff Polci and Losel Tethong decided it was time to expand their roasting operation, they also saw an opportunity to create unique event space for coffee education and experimentation during the roasting proess. The result is this sweeping former industrial space on Wade Ave., which has now become a destination spot for coffee lovers in Toronto.
