Today in Toronto you can get a dose of indie film with the opening nights of both RiFF and the Zero Film Festival, the latter of which features the work of filmmakers who have self-financed their work entirely. If low budget movies aren't your thing, you can test your Simpson's knowledge at the Cadillac Lounge or raise a glass to small press at the Little Brother Magazine launch party for their fifth issue. Not into that, there's also a wild variety show and a design competition at Nathan Phillips Square.
