Later this month women and men in spandex and stretchy shirts, with rolled up mats strapped to their back will gather on the rooftop of a parking lot in Yorkville ready to stretch, fold, breath, eat and dance.
Catalyst Health joins forces with Lululemon Toronto for this fun evening of exercise, dance and city space invasion. It all goes down on September 22 starting at 7:30 p.m.
If you ever wanted to jump, squat, run sweat, do push-ups and more squatting where people normally park their cars before shopping at Holts this is for you.
Once the work is over, the dance party starts with DJ and health advocate Carmelinda Dimanno.
The event costs $10 and there'll be snacks from folks like U-Raaw, BioSteel Sports Nutrition and Revitasize. Everyone is encouraged to bring their own runners, mats and outfit.
