While most furnished rental agencies are offering condos, Annex rentals will put you in a house in The Annex (as the name suggests), Yorkville, Little Italy, or Roncesvalles Village for $2,400 to $5,800 per month. These apartments are pretty special in that they've all been custom designed by visual artist Vivian Reiss. A little extra character and love goes a long way if you're looking for a long term rental, and if you're a home is where your heart is type this could be your best bet. Not all are furnished, so you'll have to peruse the website listing by listing.
Premium Suites
Premium, a Canada-wide agency, offers rentals in Toronto's downtown, midtown, North York, and Yorkville, plus Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Markham, and more.
