This week on DineSafe: Gabby's, Pizza Pizza, Banjara, Duke of Glouchester, and Lemongrass

The streak is over. After two weeks without a closure, two restaurants were shut down this week: Gabby's on Bloor and Pizza Pizza on Lake Shore. Both were nailed for failing to prevent an insect infestation.

As far as conditional passes go, the Duke of Gloucester is a disappointing addition to the list, with significant infractions like failing to properly wash equipment.
