The best nightclubs in Toronto are the perfect antidote to a stressful week.Hit the dance floor and let loose to some loud music, maybe even indulge in bottle service—YOLO, as they say.
Here are the best nightclubs in Toronto.
4 - CodaFeaturing top-flight guest DJs and popular dance parties, this second-floor club in the Annex is the spiritual successor to former Toronto underground electronic dance fave Footwork. The music keeps playing ‘til 5 a.m. every Friday and Saturday.
3 - Rebel
At 45,000 square-feet, this sprawling venue is easily the biggest nightclub in Toronto. Head to this massive entertainment complex on Polson Pier for their Revolution Saturdays and be bedazzled by the full works of dancers and insane acrobatic performances.
5 - Wildflower
In this basement of the Thompson Hotel you’ll find this dance club that boasts distinctive decor, bottle service in the VIP section and themed nights from Thursday to Sunday. A strict door policy ensures the clientele are dressed to their standards.
6 - EFS Nightclub
With a DJ playing the hottest tunes and an adjoining rooftop patio upstairs (same name, but technically different venue), this chic nightclub at King & Bathurst manages has had some pretty big ticket guests rolling through.
7 - Lost and Found
Sitting in the lower level of a 100-year-old building, this King West club hosts regular DJ nights and offers bottle service, a slew of regulars, and lively dancing for party-goers lookin’ to get wild.
8 - Toybox Toronto
Replacing the warehouse favourite Uniun on King West is this venue from INK Entertainment, which has two rooms, dance nights on Fridays and Top 40 music parties on Saturdays. There’s even a bear mascot that parties with you in the club sometimes.
9 - Dance Cave
This Annex staple is definitely not the kind of place you need to wear heels or dress shirts for. Head above Lee’s Palace for a casual frenzy of writhing bodies in this massive dance hall that’s popular with drinking-age students.
10 - Simon Says
It’s kind of difficult to find this Queen West club, given there’s no sign and all, but once you enter you’ll be treated to an space decorated with a hot pink theme, real Versace wallpaper, and some ridiculously pricey bottle service options (as much as $100,000—really).
11 - Vertigo Toronto
The city may be short on after-hours (goodbye Comfort Zone) but this Gerrard East club is filling the void. The best time to head here is probably sometime after 2:30 a.m., when the party really gets bumping with some amazing DJs that run the gamut every week.
