Taking over a former Popeye's on the corner of Queen and Sherbourne, this long in-the-works pub features a tough interior that suits the rough-and-tumble location - then contrasts it sharply with an opulent menu that includes oysters, lobster poutine and house-made potato gnocchi. Talk about a transformation.
