After a troubled entry into the seafood game, Black Hoof owner Jen Agg is back with a new concept: rum, and lots of it. Her new Haitian-inspired restaurant in the space formerly occupied by Raw Bar is heavy on the booze, light on formality, and defined by a commitment to unique preparations of Haitian cuisine that fills a niche in a very crowded Toronto restaurant scene.
