Leslieville Flea
The Leslieville Flea is back this weekend - but at a new location. The Distillery District is where you'll find east-enders doing their vintage and crafty shopping on Sunday. 70 vendors will be on hand selling vintage, salvage, antiques, furniture, art, handcrafted items and more. The Fermenting Cellar will house the vendors this time, and hopefully keep them toasty. Look for clothing, nicknacks, handmades, edible goodies, and much more. PARTY
CODA featuring Art Department
When Footwork said goodbye, Toronto's wise dance scene knew it wasn't really a goodbye - it was just another excuse to party. Footwork's old Twitter handle has now changed to @CodaToronto, and tonight the CODA series launches its housewarming at 794 Bathurst - the Annex Wreckroom space - with none other than Art Department. If you don't want to dance this weekend, well, surprise, actually you do. Saturday, January 18, 794 Bathurst, 10pm, $30.

FILM
Acclaimed filmmaker/photographer Robert Frank will be at TIFF for four days of his films this weekend, beginning with notoriously rare Rolling Stones' "documentary" Cocksucker Blues . Banned from ever being screened unless Frank is present, Cocksucker Blues is a compilation of backstage and tour footage that amounts to a stream of delirious hedonism now steeped in nostalgia, whether you lived the late-60s/early-70s or not. Frank represents a bridge between pop culture and the avant-garde, making this extended survey essentially unmissable. January 17-20, TIFF Bell Lightbox (350 King St W), various showtimes.

MUSIC
Bizzarh at Class of 2014
In collaboration with Silent Shout, The Class of 2014's third installment will feature two Toronto teens that make up the soul/rap duo, Bizzarh. Their one-of-a-kind cosmic hip-hop sound has gained them a ton of attention, and their freshness to the scene makes this act that much more promising. They released Soft Porn EP in the summer, and followed it up by hosting underground late-night parties known as Aftershock. Tonight they'll play with Jef Barbara, Lido Pimienta, Nyssa, and Twist. The Silver Dollar Room (486 Spadina Avenue), Friday January 17, 9pm.
Red Mass at Class of 2014
Red Mass does things a little differently. The Montreal-based rock band is an ever changing collaborative project that brings together artists and musicians from all over the world. Their creations are influenced by punk, rock'n'roll, roots, metal, folk, pop and experimental music. Their roster is only growing as their releases become more and more frequent, and they're quickly racking up festival and blog cred. On Saturday they'll pack onto the Silver Dollar stage for the punk/hardcore edition of Class of 2014. The Silver Dollar Room (486 Spadina Avenue), Saturday, January 18, 9pm.

Jaguar Chocolate Making Workshop
Cacao! If you're yearning to learn a new skill this weekend, Chocosol will host a hands on jaguar chocolate making and tempering class this Saturday. "Attendees will grind mold and temper jaguar chocolate and learn about the ingredient process" - read more of the description here if you want to feel really, really hungry. Chocosol, 1131 St. Clair Avenue West, Saturday, January 18th at 2pm, Sunday the 19th at 6pm. Admission for the 4-hour class is $50 per person.
Foodies on Foot Favourites Food Tour
Winter is more about the eating and less about the walking, so here's a little something to shake things up (but still interact with delicious edibles). Foodies on Foot presents their Favourites Food Tour departing from 18 Portland Street at 11am on Saturday, January 18th. The restaurant crawl will visit hidden gems and insider spots for tasting sessions. Tickets are $69 to $80.

ART
Division Gallery in (gasp!) North York (it's called the subway, people) is currently showing Porcelain: Breaking Tradition, originally presented and curated by Gallery Art Mur in Montreal. The exhibit is up until February 15th, and you can see some shots of the experimental porcelain work on the show's Facebook event page. THEATRE
The Toronto Fringe Festival took a small hit this past summer when clouds moved in and delivered more rain in one day than ever on record in the city. The weather wasn't able to dampen the spirit of the 25th annual indie festival though - there were record ticket sales during the first four days and spontaneous pop-up performances in the wake of cancellations. The Next Stage Theatre Festival, the Fringe's winter programme, provides an annual jump start to another year of theatre. Read our full preview of the fest here. COMEDY
Comedy Uncovered Live
You'd be hard-pressed to find a more hardcore comedy enthusiast in Toronto than Taylor Erwin, and that's what makes his shows so great. While most producers have an intimate knowledge of stand-up, improv, or sketch, Taylor has his feelers in all three arenae. The result? A wonderfully curated hour and a half that few promoters can match. Saturday, January 18, 10pm, Comedy Bar (945 Bloor St West), $10.

FASHION
A Conversation with Edith Head, a one-woman play by Paddy Calistro and Susan Claassen, is playing in Toronto this weekend at Buddies in Bad Times. Delve into the life of Hollywood's legendary costume designer, Edith Head, who famously dressed Audrey Hepburn, Grace Kelly, and Elizabeth Taylor. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased online. Buddies in Bad Times Theatre (12 Alexander St), January 17 - 19, various showtimes.
The Total Wedding Show
To any and all future brides: there's no need to become a bridezilla when The Total Wedding Show is just around the corner! This weekend, RE/MAX is presenting their 25th annual bazaar of 350 exhibitors, fashion shows, and an on-site gown sale by Sophie's Gown Shoppe. Find everything you need for your special day for $15 admission at The International Centre (6900 Airport Rd) in Mississauga. January 17 - 19.
