10 things to do in Toronto today

Toronto is having a Halloween hangover and but events today include lots of things to do before the weekend is out. It's the last PS Kensington of the year and there's a Day of the Dead celebration. The new Dr. Seuss exhibit fun continues and there's lots more on.
