Patios continue to open in Toronto beyond the initial ones that launched on Wednesday at the start of Stage 2. Some bars and restaurants needed an extra day or two to get back up and running to make sure all the new rules and safety measures are in place.
Here are some patios ready to open for the first time this year in Toronto.
Thursday
- Allen's on the Danforth will be opening their backyard patio for lunch and dinner. They are accepting reservations by calling in.
- The Rooftop at the Broadview Hotel is back in action starting at noon. Reservations can be made through OpenTable.
- The Burren Pub has announced they'll be open at noon on a first come, first serve basis. They'll also be implementing a two hour limit.
- Cabana Pool Bar has transformed into the Cabana Waterfront Patio and will open at 11:30 a.m. Resos can be secured through OpenTable.
- The Commoner in Roncesvalles is back with regular hours and tables can be reserved through calling or booking on OpenTable.
- Grand Electric in Parkdale will start slinging beers and tacos at 3 p.m.
- JaBistro is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Seating at the Richmond restaurant is limited so call to reserve.
- Jules Bistro on Queen is reopening June 25 and tables can be booked through phone or email.
- Liberty Commons at Big Rock Brewery is reopening with new safety measures. Resos can be booked on OpenTable.
- Maison Selby on Sherbourne will reopen at 3 p.m. Reservations for tables can be made on OpenTable.
- O & B Cafe Grill at Yonge & Front is reopening at 4 p.m. and tables can be booked on OpenTable.
- Parcheggio is reopening their North York patio for dinner at 5 p.m. Visit OpenTable to book a table.
- The Parlour will be opening their King West courtyard patio at 5 p.m. Reso requests can be made via their website.
- Pennies on Strachan will be open for walk-ins starting at 2 p.m.
- The Pilot is opening their Yorkville Flight Deck at 4 p.m. Book a table on OpenTable.
- School is back to serving boozy brunches in Liberty Village at 11 a.m. Resos can be made on their website.
- Sofia in Yorkville opens June 25 and is accepting reservations on OpenTable.
- Trattoria Nervosa is back for lunch and dinner in Yorkville. Resos are available through Resy.
- Union Social Eatery at Yonge & Sheppard reopens at 5 p.m. on a first come first basis.
Friday
- Bar Neon reopens at 3 p.m. in Bloordale Village. Resos can be made through email and walk-ins will also be accepted.
- Bar Vendetta on Dundas West will be open at 5 p.m. Reservations will be accepted through text message.
- Baro is opening their rooftop patio on King West at 3 p.m. Sadly, reservations will not be available.
- Biff's Bistro in the Financial District reopens June 26 at 4 p.m. Book on OpenTable.
- Black Bull is back to slinging bar eats and beer on Queen West this Friday.
- Bymark will be reopening their Wellington patio and accepting reservations via phone.
- Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen near King & Portland is back Friday and tables on the patio can be secured through Resy.
- Cluny is reopening their Distillery District patio on a first come first serve basis starting at noon.
- El Catrin is opening their sprawling Distillery District patio at noon. Only walk-ins will be seated.
- Gusto 101 near King & Portland opens Friday and taking is resos on Resy.
- Gusto 501 in Corktown is taking patio bookings for Friday on Resy.
- Hot House is opening their newly renovated Church St. patio on June 26.
- Joe Bird is reopening their waterfront patio on Friday on a first come, first serve basis.
- Labora will be serving their Spanish tapas fare on King West starting Friday. Resos can be book via their website.
- Lapinou on King West is reopening Friday with a guaranteed new dining experience.
- Madrina is opening their gorgeous Distillery District patio at noon on a first come, first serve basis.
- Marben on Wellington reopens at 5 p.m. with a new menu. No reservations.
- Petty Cash will follow suit of nearby restaurants Chubby's and Gusto 101 and will be open Friday. Start time of 3 p.m.
- Pure Spirits Oyster House on Mill St. is reopening on a first come, first basis at noon.
- Steam Whistle Biergarten across from the Rogers Centre reopens Friday with resos available on OpenTable.
- Storm Crow Manor in Church Wellesley Village opens at at 3 p.m. Walk-ins only.
- Veloute Bistro plans to open their socially distanced patio on June 26.
Saturday
- Miku in Toronto's South Core is reopening on the weekend and is accepting reservations via OpenTable.
