This fitness studio near Yonge and Bloor offers a unique training experience through use of vibration technology known as Power Plate. Here's you'll perform your exercises on a vibrating base, which activates additional muscle usage and increases work out efficiency. It all sounds a bit gimmicky, but if my work out is any indication, this is a novel way to train.
