New CrossFit gym does tough but friendly workouts

There isn't much of an atmosphere to speak of at this Dupont CrossFit gym - but who needs fancy change rooms when you're sweating your way through a WoD? The workouts are gruelling (naturally), but the attentive training and strong sense of community makes this a perfect neighbourhood spot to beat your personal best.
