OPEN NOW

  • Tacos 101 is operating in soft opening mode at 101 Dundas St. East. The taco bar deals primarily in take-out and offers options like baha fish tacos, tuna tostadas, and something called the "gringa" which is like an el pastor quesadilla with cheese, pork and pineapple.
  • The Den, a new restaurant from the same folks behind Nodo is now open on the ground floor for the Nest at 423 College St.
  • Oh Boy Burger Market is newly opened at 296 Gerrard St. East in Cabbagetown.

  • Chabichou at 196 Borden St. is currently shuttered after a fire broke out in the last week of September. While the French cheese monger works to reopen, take solace knowing that owners are also in the process of opening a second location at 774 College St.
  • Caribbean restaurant, Island Hot & Spicy Restaurant is in the works at 106 Queen St. East.

CLOSED

  • Rock Lobster in Leslieville is closed, which is no surprise considering the seafood restaurant has been seeking a buyer for sometime.
