West coast Aburi-style sushi restaurant lands in Toronto

Aburi-style sushi by way of the west coast is now available in Toronto, and while I've had imitations before (I'm looking at you Ja Bistro), I've never been convinced that this stuff is all that special. Maybe it's the sake talking, but this newly opened restaurant has me changing my tune.
