Today in Toronto TIFF's annual viral cat video festival returns to the Lightbox. Making this year even more special, internet-famous feline Lil BUB will be in attendance. If you're not a cat person, no worries. The Images Festival kicks off today, offering a bevy of paid and free short screenings, installations, performances, art exhibits and more at local galleries.
