This butcher shop from the folks behind nearby Union maintains the local focus of the restaurant with a selective group of products, ranging from gorgeous looking prime rib (a.k.a. the eponymous Cote de Boeuf) to artisan olive oil and prepared foods like sandwiches and meat pies.
