Free events in Toronto: November 10 - 16, 2014

Free events in Toronto this week mean big things for film fans: the European Union Film Festival is free for those who can brave standing in line, there's a TV fest at TIFF that's free, I guess because TV is kind of free? I don't know, I'm too broke to have a TV. Then Rendezvous with Madness Film Festival is hosting PWYC shows.
