Coming off the coldest weekend of the year, there's not many nice things to say about this winter. While perhaps not as gruelling as last year, the steady days and nights of temperatures below minus 10 just gets tedious. We've already shown just how beautiful winter can be in the city, but there's something unique about the appearance of the city in the midst of a deep chill.
