Where exactly is downtown Toronto?

Last week, we asked our Twitter followers how they defined Toronto's eastern and western boundaries. Naturally, we received a variety of spirited responses with many steadfastly preaching Yonge Street as the city's dividing line while others suggested answers like Spadina or the Don Valley.

Yesterday, we took another Twitter poll and asked: What are the boundaries of downtown Toronto?

For most, downtown stretches from Bloor to the Lake and from Bathurst to the DVP. Some consider Dupont as downtown's northern border, while others say it's College. A few demarcate between downtown and the downtown core.
