10 things to do in Toronto today

The weekend is hardly over and events in Toronto today are all about filling up on oysters and German food at a new festival. You can samba your heart out at Brazilfest or have a brew under the Gardiner, while the city's own punk rockers PUP are performing and it's the last day for Fringe.

Events you might want to check out:

Brazilfest (July 21 @ Earlscourt Park)
Toronto's Brazilian community is celebrating the cultural heritage and traditions of Brazil with a big festival, including food, music, dance and more.
Zine Dream (July 21 @ MOCA Toronto)
It's a day for small press with a big marketplace, featuring over 100 local vendors of self-published books, comics, music, zines, crafts and prints.
Promise Cherry Beach (July 21 @ Cherry Beach)
Dig your toes into the sand with a day of music by local and international DJs with this week's special guest, Madam X from England.
Taste of Germany (July 21 @ Evergreen Brick Works)
New this year is the festival dedicated to all-things German food, with plenty of sauerkraut, bratwurst and beer, plus music and an arts market.
PUP (July 21 @ RBC Echo Beach)
Get ready to rock out with PUP and their big sound that's been forged from the fires of Toronto's own punk scene.
Ontario Oyster Festival (July 21 @ Rodney's Oyster House)
Sundays are for shucking and this festival is ready to shuck over 15,000 little guys from all over, served up alongside a feast of different foods.
The Odd Couple (July 21 @ Christie Pits)
Stretch out on a blanket in the park as Christie Pits host another free/PWYC outdoor screening, this time of the classic film The Odd Couple.
Trinity Bellwoods Flea (July 21 @ The Great Hall)
The Bellwoods Flea is back with local artisans, designers and vendors selling art, jewellery, gifts, food, clothing, beauty products and home items.
Sunday Social (July 21 - August 25 @ The Bentway)
Local indie acts Claire de la Loopa, Moscow Apartment and Birds of Bellwoods are ready to take the stage among food, drinks, games and lounging.
Fringe Festival (July 3-14 @ Multiple Venues)
Toronto's biggest theatre festival wraps up for another year, but not before a final day of performances at venues all over the city.
