New oyster bar replaces upscale eatery on Wellington

Lucien, the upscale, historically-housed restaurant in Old Toronto is no more. Now open in its place, this new oyster bar and bistro with from same owner, Simon Bower who has left the interior untouched but updated the menu in favour of small plates and softer prices.
