Toronto barber counts Kyle Lowry and Bieber as clients

Justin Radam's barbershop at CityPlace hasn't been open for long, but he's already scored Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry as a repeat visitor to his barber's chair. (Justin Bieber, too, on one bizarre occasion.) Not bad for a guy who worked his way up from doing at-home cuts for friends and cousins.
