Hidden gelato spot serves up indulgent & original treats

A locally based Chopped Canada Champion didn't want to travel along the traditional path and open a restaurant. Instead, he started a gelato company with his girlfriend. He now churns out creamy, uniquely flavoured and delicious creations using mostly locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
