The Centre for World-Class Universities released its annual Academic Ranking of World Universities report (ARWU) and once again, it listed the University of Toronto as the best university in Canada.
Overall, it dropped two spots from last year and was ranked as the 27th best university in the world behind Northwestern University. Harvard took the overall top spot.
Naturally, these ranking schemes vary, but we all know U of T generally performs well. And as students get ready to head back to school, they'll now have one more thing to boast about before spending the rest of the fall semester in Robarts.
