Today in Toronto we can say the two words you most want to hear: free poutine. Lou Dawg's is celebrating their anniversary on King St. from noon until 2am, and the party includes a rib eating contest and - let me say it again, because I care about you - free poutine. Note: the evening before Good Friday will be a great night for both film and music fans to throw on a spring jacket and head outside (we don't even have room to list all the great concerts here).
