The former executive chef of the members-only Spoke Club has pulled a 180 and opened a casual takeout spot on Dundas West with his partner, offering delicious and healthy GMO-free, vegan and vegetarian takeout options. In addition to beautifully made salads and soups, fresh smoothies, juices and gluten-free sweet treats await. Best of all, proceeds go towards some good causes.
