The Toronto Blue Jays are the American League East champions after crushing the Baltimore Orioles 15-2 at Camden Yards. The win guarantees the Jays' first division title since 1993, ending a 22-year drought.
The Jays could have clinched with a win in either of today's doubleheader match-ups. Without a win, the team would have required the Yankees to lose to the Red Sox.
Merry Clinchmas, Toronto.
