New bakery makes a bid for Toronto's best baklava

Craving baklava? This new bakery thinks it makes the best in the city. While there's stiff competition for such a claim, there's no doubting the authenticity of the handmade Middle Eastern treats baked here. The recipes and technique were learned by the owner in Syria who crafted pastries in his grandfather's shop when he was a young boy.
