The best schnitzel in Toronto doesn't discriminate between pork, chicken or veal. These beautifully breaded and fried specimens can be found at European eateries and bars, and while they're delicious plain, they're better still on a bun or dressed up with things like sauteed onions, mushrooms, cheese, or, of course, sauerkraut.
