Toronto's new tiki rock bar is cool, chill and cheap

This new bar in Leslieville, formerly the home of Swirl Wine Bar, mashes up rock, tiki, and dive bar flavours, complete with $3 cans of PBR and '80s comedy and rock records plastering the walls and ceiling. Can this unique combination bar live up to its legendary comedian namesake?
