Church condo on Jones finally takes shape

After years of confusion regarding the condo project at the Church of St. Clement Riverside on Jones Avenue, we finally have renderings that show us what the area will look like in the near future.

The development, which has been in the works since 2012, has two components: loft-style condos and townhomes. Led by deCargani Developments Inc., this project will transform the more than 100-year-old church building into 14 units, the smallest of which is slated to be 807 square-feet. However, most will clock in at well over 1,000 square-feet.

The adjacent townhomes will include 12 units and each one will have its own terrace. The smallest one is will be around 1,350 square-feet and prices start at just under $700 thousand. Lifestyle Custom Homes is the builder for both projects and Open Architects designed them.
