New Toronto hair salon does gender-free pricing

Hair has no gender. It's a completely neutral body part as much as a knee or a shoulder...so how come, for decades, women have been charged more for a quality cut? One homey studio run by two women wants to change all that, by charging purely based on hair length and particular services.
