What it's like to eat at the Ritz Carlton hotel in Toronto

For all the culinary diversity of Toronto, the city doesn't have a large stable of Peruvian restaurants. Toronto's Ritz Carlton Hotel looks to reverse that trend with its new menu. One of only two restaurants in Canada recognized with the official seal of the Peruvian Trade Commission, it's quickly become the city's go-to spot for this cuisine.
