Where to eat a huge Portuguese meal in Toronto

Enjoy surf and turf in a huge dining room of a gigantic Portuguese grill house in the middle of a desolate parking lot. Sounds kinda questionable, but they have crazy good imported Portuguese fish and a surprisingly killer shrimp risotto. Oh, and did I mention there's an entire wall of wine?
