Cafe & late night eats spot opens on Queen East

Taking over the semi-subterranean space previously occupied by Rakia Bar, this new cafe transitions into a tapas bar come evening time. With great drinks, tasty economical eats (no food item exceeds $9) like an elevated Reuben sandwich and Korean short ribs, plus a patio, this place should prove to be a popular hangout this summer.
