Where to eat General Tao's Chicken near City Hall

This late night Chinese stalwart in the original Chinatown does double duty as a dependable option for a quick lunch just steps from City Hall. While the food here isn't revelatory, the spot is still a serviceable bet for General Tao's Chicken or Cantonese style lobster.
