The Tempered Room

The Parkdale bakery has a decidedly rustic decor, complete with exposed brick walls, wooden communal table, and fresh flowers. The flaky croissants and fresh eclairs also make for the ideal photo subjects.
This popular spot in the Fashion District serves up indulgent French-inspired pastries with an Asian flair. Its layered crepe cakes are definitely the most photogenic, with the matcha infused edition getting regular play on Instagram.
The decor at this bakery with two locations (Leslieville and Yonge and Lawrence) is the perfect balance of modern and rustic chic, boasting crisp white walls, reclaimed wood tables and fresh flowers (basically, it looks like the scene of the most Pinterest-worthy wedding). This Corktown bakery has become renown on Instagram for its beautifully-crafted soft serve but if you look past the ice cream you'll find a ton of cakes and pastries well worth a photo op. The all white decor is ideal for those who are all about a monochrome feed.
If you scroll through Nadege's location tag on Instagram, you'll be treated to an eyeful of Parisian sweets and treats. In fact, their vibrantly coloured macarons and tarts are so stunning you can skip slapping on the Mayfair filter.
