New Toronto gym does yoga, spinning and Crossfit

This multifaceted gym has just opened a new location after 12 years in business and expanded beyond spin and yoga to now include Crossfit. It also features state of the art spinning equipment and a yoga room with infrared solar panels and Iyengar rope wall.
