We're halfway through the week, and it's an exciting day for events in Toronto as Open Roof kicks of a season of outdoor movies and music on Sterling Road. The Stop's Night Market continues for another night of all-you-can-eat fun and there's a patio party to kick off the summer.

Open Roof is back and celebrating its tenth season of pairing movies with performances by indie artists starting with the film Us and music from Yuka.
Tongues Untied and Black Is...Black Ain't (June 19 @ The Royal Cinema)
It's a night for director Marlon Riggs with a special double bill in honour of Pride month that look at Rigg's explorations into Black gay life.
Bush Party (June 19 @ Comedy Bar)
Bush Party is ready to celebrate two years of showcasing hilarious, local female comics and it's celebrating with a night of sketch, music and cake.
