The top food events for spring 2019 in Toronto are just a taste of what's to come during outdoor eatin' season. Many favourites like Taste of Little Italy, Toronto Taste and the Wine & Spirit Festival are set to return, while BurgerMania, Poutine Fest and the Coffee & Tea expo are back for seconds.
