10 things to do in Toronto today

It's going to be a nail-biter for events in Toronto today as the Raps look to break the tie against Philly and there's a tailgate party where you can watch. Taking the Toronto stage for this first time is Rosalía and there's a big sale on all kinds of Herschel gear.

Events you might want to check out:

The Raps are looking to break the tie and come out ahead against Philly night in what will not doubt be a tense game shown outside on the big screens.
Rosalía (May 2 @ Rebel)

The Outsiders (May 2 @ Olga Korper Gallery)
Photographer Robert Mapplethorpe made anime for himself as a rebel in the 1980's New York scene and he captured the fluidity decade like no on else.

A night of British humour (and you know exactly what I'm talking about) is on with comedian Russell Howard as he embarks on his international tour.
The Drums (May 2 @ Phoenix Concert Theatre)
New York City indie pop rockers are every bit as quirky as you'd image with cute and fun sounds as they play tunes off their new album Brutalism.
Yas Kween (May 2 @ Bad Dog Comedy Theatre)
Back for a night of hilarious stand up by women of colour, Yes Kween features a mix of stand-up, sketch, improv, musical and storytelling performances.
Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in Concert (May 2-4 @ Sony Centre for the Performing Arts)
There was a time in Harry Potter ruled by Dolores Umbridge and it's all coming to life as the TSO performs the score live alongside the film.

Signature Herschel gear is getting the slash with backpacks, duffle bags, luggage, apparel, wallets and headwear on sale for up to 70 per cent off.
