10 things to do in Toronto today

The summertime fun is in full effect with events in Toronto today. It's opening weekend at the CNE but there's lots going on elsewhere too including a Latin Block Party, Canada's largest Filipino street festival and a late-night party at MOCA.

Latin Sparks Festival (August 17 @ T&T Supermarket)
It's a night of dancing, DJs, live performances, food trucks, drinks and free dance lessons to get your feet moving at this big Latin block party.
Night Visions (August 17 @ MOCA Toronto)
The MOCA is getting into the after-hours party game with an artists' takeover of two floors of the museum for a night of music, art and installations.
The New Pornographers (August 17 @ The Danforth Music Hall)
