Free events in Toronto this week are all about soaking up local arts and culture as a new, ten-week, city-wide art festival kicks off that's totally free to check out. Elsewhere, the ROM is opening its doors for free and there's a big block party along Sterling Road.

3rd Monday Nights Free (September 16 @ Royal Ontario Museum)
The ROM is opening its doors for free for an evening of museum fun this week that gives access to all of the exhibitions and galleries throughout.
St. Lawrence Market Community Harvest Festival (September 21 @ St. Lawrence Market)
Fall is almost here and this big harvest festival is ready to celebrate the season with a day of food, music, entertainment and activities for everyone.
