15 things to do in Toronto this week

Events in Toronto this week are raising a glass to a great summer with the return of Beer Week and the Famous Canadian Beer Run. Cirque du Soleil returns to the big top with high-flying fun and there' a huge garlic festival. Music, markets and movies are on, plus lots of free stuff, too.
